What to Wear?

What should a person wear when the afternoon temperature is in the low 90s and dew point in the low 70s producing a heat index of 100 degrees? 

Parker thinks a Vest and Santa Clause hat.

I told Parker that we would go for a bike ride to the park and told him to go put his shoes on.  I ran upstairs to get my shoes and when I came back downstairs this is how he was dressed and in his mind ready to go to the park!
