Hippity Hoppity Easters On Its Way

On the way home from Church on Sunday we decided that it would be a perfect day to color Easter Eggs with Parker.

As parents....we learned some "Egg-cellent" lessons:
1.  If you put Parker in his high chair (in effort to contain him during the dying process) he thinks he is suppose to eat.
2. Dying Eggs is more of a "Parker watch this" or "Here let me help you" while we do do all the work/fun of dying the eggs.
3. Parker would rather use his fingers to dye the eggs instead of the pointless little egg holder that is included in the kit.  However, he didn't like his fingers turning blue so he kept wanting his hands washed.
4. Letting your kid make a mess in the kitchen (and a little dye on the floor) that takes hours to pick up - makes you the best parents in the world - after we were done Parker grabbed my neck and gave me a big hug and said "CHEESE" to dad for a perfect picture!

Hope everyone has a fun and safe Easter Holiday.

By they way today is Parker's 2nd Birthday---Can't believe he is 2 already!  Of course we'll take pictures tonight and hopefully get them posted soon.
